The information on credit cards that are used to make purchases, are they stored anywhere on your system?

Since all payments are processed through our payment system providers, we do not store credit card information of our clients in our system. All information you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection.


Do I have to pay duties and taxes, if I order from you?
Due to the arrangements we have made on your behalf, we take care of all duties / taxes to pay. Therefore, we save money for our customers, selling products at a lower and more competitive prices.

What carrier do you use to ship my order?

We use a number of internationally recognized carriers, depending on your area. A notification email of dispatch, including tracking details of your package will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as your order is shipped.

We are not able to contact the carrier that we use before sending your order. Your order can be delivered from one of our warehouses are strategically located to meet the needs of different regions. However, do not hesitate to consult our shipping which lists courier companies we use for domestic and international shipments.

 

When my order ship you?
 

With our free shipping service, orders are usually ship within 3-5 business days and delivered within 9-12 days.
After ordering, Solutel will send you a confirmation email with details including tracking number.
